Whanganui police are seeking help from residents in regards to historic sex allegations.
In a post on the Central Police District's Facebook page, they've asked for help from members of the public who lived on Bedford Ave, Whanganui, at any time between the 1960s and 1990s.
When pressed for further
information, Detective Constable Paul Burn said it was in relation to alleged historic sexual offending.
However, he said as it was an active investigation, police wouldn't be releasing any further information.
