A former Wellington solicitor has been convicted of fiddling a trust account.
Retired solicitor David Maxwell Lynn, of Paraparaumu, yesterday admitted a representative charge of converting $19,200 from the David Lynn Trust Account to his own use.
Lynn had told police the offending occurred as a result of mismanagement after he wound up his sole practice, the Wellington District Court heard.
Judge Russell Callander remanded Lynn on bail until July 12 for sentencing.
