Lee David Rhodes, 23, of Hokitika, died after his vehicle hit the Kaniere Bridge near Hokitika on Friday.
Colin Brown Powell, 84, of Titirangi, whose car went into a ditch on Friday, died yesterday from his injuries in Waikato Hospital.
A third person died after a motorcycle and a truck collided at the top of the Lindis Pass in Central Otago on Saturday.
Michael Keith Elliott, 27, died when the car he was driving rolled on a farm in Whatawhata, Waikato, at 7pm yesterday.
About two hours later, a motorcyclist died after a collision in heavy rain with a car on State Highway 3, 6km out of Piopio, south-west of Te Kuiti.
