Weekend crash victims named

Police have named two men killed in separate weekend road crashes.

Darryl Whareaitu, 49, of Torere, near Opotiki, died when the vehicle he was driving crashed into a culvert on State Highway 35 at Torere on Saturday night.

A motorcyclist killed in a fiery crash near Waipara, north of Christchurch, on Sunday afternoon was John Glading, 36, of Christchurch.
