Operations manager Trevor Howard is particularly proud of the gold medal for a new design of mailer, called a Double Gatefold. As a reader opens the pages, two facing pages can open out again, to put four facing pages on view.
Judges at the awards described the concept, for Warehouse Stationary, as a "stunning job" with perfect register.
"This is fantastic," said Mr Howard. "We're rapt with what we've achieved."
He said judges were looking for quality of print, finishing and stitching, eveness of colour.
The Double Gatefold concept has now attracted orders from other customers, who like the idea.
"Other printers wouldn't go there, because it's something completely new. No one has done it before."
He says they win awards each year because his workforce take "absolute pride" in their work.
"I'm pleased for the team, because everyone makes it happen."
