Wairarapa United Central League coach Phil Keinzley isn't reading too much into his team's 4-1 win over Marist Wellington in a Hilton Petone Cup match at Petone last weekend.
It was the first hit-out this year for both sides and Keinzley said the lack of structure and organisation shown was expected.
"We were probably dominant enough to score 10 goals but our finishing was poor and they were pretty average defensively," Keinzley said. "But at the same time we did get a win and that's always better than a loss, isn't it?"
Meanwhile, Wairarapa United are facing the prospect of losing three of their big guns, Seule Soromon, Pita Rabo and Miroslav Tvaroh, all of whom are struggling to find employment in the region.
