Long-running local reality show Police Ten 7 has a new face.
Detective Sergeant Rob Lemoto has been named as replacement for Detective Inspector Graham Bell as frontman to the crime-busting show.
Manurewa-raised Bay of Plenty-based Lemoto has served nearly 20 years in the force.
His background includes time as a CIB detective, Iwi Liaison and Community Constable in Te Puke, a member of the Armed Offenders Squad and ahe lso served as part of a police mentoring programme in Bougainville.
"I really respect everything Ten 7 has achieved and can't wait to be part of a team that makes those responsible for crime and anti-social behaviour in our communities accountable for their actions, " he says of his new role.
