Warrant for teacher aide

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Mt Albert Grammar School teacher aide accused of posing as an undercover policeman when visiting a massage parlour.

The warrant was issued after Fabian Heke Broughton, 48, failed to appear in Auckland District Court to defend charges of obtaining a pecuniary advantage, namely cash, by deception.

Broughton allegedly visited the parlour four times last July and August, telling staff he was a policeman and trying to obtain services and cash.
