The Warehouse is recalling two models of heaters after one was fire damaged when a customer left it on overnight.
An investigation has found some of the plastic on the particular Evantair Basic Convection Heater was not flame-retardant, despite The Warehouse saying it had instructed the supplier to make sure the product complied with safety standards.
As a precaution, the company has decided to recall Evantair Basic Convection Heaters and the Evantair Turbo Convection Heaters purchased between 2005 and 2007.
