Warehouse plans stalled in Palmerston North

Plans for The Warehouse to build a megastore in central Palmerston North have been put on hold after an appeal to the Environment Court.

The Railway Land Action Group lodged an appeal against a city council zone change that would let The Warehouse build a 10,000sq m store on 2ha it bought from the city council for $4.2 million.
