Business Mentors New Zealand is hosting three workshops around the country during August to help small businesses discover the key elements of productivity.
The seminars will include highly successful and knowledgeable guest speakers from business, ICT, and the sporting arena.
Carlos Martinez, considered the 'evangelist' of Microsoft, is one such speaker. Mr Martinez will be talking about why capital investment is a major component to labour innovation, how to influence smart investment decisions and the impact this has on productivity. He will also discuss how to leverage current business assets.
Mr Martinez will be joined by Andrew Hamilton, founding CEO of the ICEHOUSE, who will speak about working more economically, and Gordon Tietjens, one of the finest coaches of any sport in the world, who will discuss how to nurture skills in order to improve performance.
