Wanganui hit by 4.3 quake

A 4.3 magnitude earthquake struck the Wanganui region yesterday.

The quake, at 12.50pm, was centred 60km south of Patea at a depth of 100km.

GNS Science said it was possibly felt as far away as Wellington.
