A Tauherenikau farmer says she has been the victim of petrol and diesel thefts from her farm, involving the same ute pictured on the front page of the Wairarapa Times-Age yesterday.
The farmer, who has asked not to be named, said her farm has been raided four times this year since April - almost once a month.
She recognised the vehicle, captured in a CCTV camera on Waiorongomai Farm in South Wairarapa, as the same one caught in their own security camera footage.
"It's costing us huge amounts in insurance," she said. "He's stealing such large volumes."
She said the thefts have occurred after they have had their farm supply filled.
