Waipukurau murder accused due in court

The man charged with the murder of central Hawkes Bay farmer Mark McCutcheon will be back in the Hastings District Court today.

Court security staff will be on hand for the 22-year-old's appearance after scuffles broke out at a previous court appearance when the Waipukurau man's mother stood up and barked like a dog.

She has been barred from court.
