Waipareira offer over Tamihere row

The Waipareira Trust Board is offering to appoint no further members until legal proceedings filed by former MP John Tamihere are determined.

Mr Tamihere filed a High Court action against the trust after his apparent election to the board two weeks ago was rejected as being invalid 24 hours later.
