KEY POINTS:
Waikato police have named the man whose body was recovered from the Waikato River late last month.
He was Fahad Brahmin Alsalmah, a 25-year-old Saudi citizen, in New Zealand as a student.
Mr Alsalmah disappeared after being chased by a police patrol about 11.30pm on October 18.
