KEY POINTS:
Police have named the man who died after a swim at Huntly Aquatic Centre on Friday.
He was James Leslie Burling, 33, of Taupiri.
Mr Burling had finished swimming in the main pool when he collapsed and died around 7.30am.
Aquatic centre and ambulance staff performed CPR but were unable to revive him.
Police said the Labour Department and Waikato District Council would investigate.
