Volvo P1800 owners descend on Gothenburg for the iconic car's 30th anniversary.

Members of the German and Swiss Volvo owner clubs' P1800 registers have visited Sweden as part of a 30-year anniversary celebration.

Forty-seven of the iconic coupes made the ferry crossing to Gothenburg.

Volvo Cars was the main destination, along with touring in western Sweden. The two-seater P1800 was presented in Brussels in 1960.

Production started one year later and almost 46,000 units of the model were produced in various versions until the model finished in 1973.

The P1800 became popular when Roger Moore drove it in the TV series The Saint.
