Vodafone is having issues with its 3G network in Auckland.
In a statement from its technical team this afternoon, the telco said there are 3G issues between Newmarket and the North Shore.
It said users will experience slow GPRS data speeds and that calls will route straight to voice mail.
Vodafone advises users to switch their mobile devices to 2G.
Calls to landlines and mobile phones outside the specified area will not be affected.
