Problems with Vodafone's cellphone network are affecting customers for the third time in two weeks.
Tonight the company said on its website it was having problems with adding, removing or changing features including the Best Mate plan, texts, Family Plans and IOU requests.
"If you attempt this via 777, My Account or TXT it will fail. Unfortunately our customer service representatives are also unable to process these for you," the website said.
Vodafone apologised for any inconvenience.
On Tuesday Vodafone services were out in the lower South Island for two hours during the afternoon.
A fibre line, supplied to the company by a third party, had been cut.
Customers using the 3G network were switched to Telecom's XT network for 111 calls, but 2G customers were not able to make emergency calls during the period the service was out.
On May 20 the company had problems that affected its network in the lower North Island.
The fault was a broken fibre that affected 3G and 2G customers.
