The number of visitors coming to New Zealand is continuing to grow despite a strong dollar, says Tourism Minister Damien O'Connor.
He says 173,046 people visited New Zealand in July, 3.4 per cent more than in the same month last year. Year-on-year data shows growth of 3.7 per cent.
"Our challenge is to ensure our products remain fresh while we manage this continued growth in numbers and encourage visitors to spend more time when they are here."
