Victoria University appoints new leaders

The Victoria University council yesterday appointed two new officers to lead it in the new year.

Emeritus Professor Tim Beaglehole will become the new chancellor and council chairman, and Ian McKinnon will become his deputy, the pro chancellor, from January 1.
