One victim of a vicious dog attack says she didn't get the support she needed.
East Taratahi resident Carolyn Playford was hospitalised for two weeks and required plastic surgery on her leg after being mauled by a dog in Victoria St, Masterton.
But she didn't qualify for home help through ACC.
Her husband was working in Wellington and wasn't able to come home and help his wife with basic tasks.
She said she struggled with chores like washing the dishes and preparing food.
