Upper Hutt woman missing

Upper Hutt police are looking for 21-year-old Jolene Rose Foster, who was last seen over a week ago.

Acting Upper Hutt Area Commander Senior Sergeant Donna Laban said Ms Foster's family last heard from her on Thursday October 14.

Ms Foster is described as Caucasian of thin build, about 160 centimetres tall with dark long straight hair. She has a butterfly tattoo on the back of her neck and was last seen wearing a white 3/4-sleeve top with a halter neck top underneath.

Ms Laban said bank transactions showed Ms Foster bought something in Dannevirke on the 14th and in Rotorua on the 18th, but her bank account hadn't been touched since then.

"Ms Foster is driving a 1992 grey Mitsubishi Galant V6, with a registration number of WA8498. We urge her to contact either police or her family to ensure she is safe."
