Wairarapa United will be at full strength for their Chatham Cup grand final football match with Napier City Rovers at Palmerston North on Sunday.
Returning to the fold after serving a one-match suspension will be experienced midfielder Pita Rabo and none of the three players sitting on four yellow cards - Dale Higham, Waisake Sabatu and Mirsoslav Tvarah - blotted their copy book against Miramar Rangers over the weekend. A fifth yellow there and they would have missed the final.
Having all his squad members available for selection is a situation which has only confronted coach Phil Keinzley once before all season and it will be interesting to see who gets the nod for the starting line-up. What Keinzley has to decide is should Rabo be there and, if so, who should he replace from the team which performed so well in the Miramar Rangers match?
The answer to the first part of that query seems relatively simple. Rabo has been an integral part of the Wairarapa United team for some seasons now and while he hasn't shown quite the consistency of yore in 2011 his playmaking skills still make him a virtual certainty for the run-on side.
That being the case who should make way for him? Before the Miramar Rangers game the odds would have favoured a straight swap with Nobuyishi Ishi but he would have been a contender for any player of the match award there and, consequently, must have a good chance of retaining his spot.
