UCOL Wairarapa is hitting the road in a bid to make it easier for prospective students to start classes halfway through the year.
A green UCOL bus usually used for a bus driver training qualification has a new temporary mission to help prospective students discover more about the programmes on offer, UCOL director of student experience Karyn Thomson said.
The bus will make a series of stops that will service UCOL campuses in Wanganui and Palmerston North as well, she said.
"People will be able to complete the full enrolment process on board the bus, and get any information they need," Ms Thomson said.
"Mobile enrolment is about getting out there, to wider areas than normal. We want to make it as easy as possible for people to find out about the education options they're interested in," she said.
