The Wairarapa-Bush under-15 rugby squad will benefit from the expertise of some of the sport's biggest names when they attend a skills developmental programme in Wellington next week.
Former All Black Dave Loveridge will be part of a large team of coaches providing them with tuition in skill work and team work on Monday, others include long-time Wellington favourites Scott Crichton and Tim Mannix.
On Tuesday morning Wairarapa-Bush will play Hutt Valley under-15s and the following day they will be instructed by referees, including former Wairarapa-Bush captain John Kendal, on rules pertaining to the tackle ball area and ruck and maul. And they will also receive advice of physical fitness and diet.
Thursday will see Wairarapa-Bush play either the Western Bays or Wanganui under-15s and later that day presentations of Player of the Week awards will be made.
Coach of the Wairarapa-Bush side is Misimale Tutavaha and he has Keith Harbham as his assistant.

Meanwhile, the Hurricanes secondary schoolgirls rugby tournament is to be played at Memorial Park from October 3 to 6.
Eight teams are participating and they have been divided into two sections ... Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Taranaki and Manawatu in division one and Poverty Bay, Horowhenua-Kapiti, Wanganui and Wairarapa-Bush in division two.
Wairarapa-Bush open their campaign with a match against Poverty Bay on Memorial Park No.1 at 1.30pm on Monday then on Tuesday they will play Horowhenua-Kapiti, also on Memorial Park No 1 at 2pm.
A coaching clinic for all sides is programmed for Wednesday and then on Thursday Wairarapa-Bush will play Wanganui on Memorial Park No 3 at 10am.
