Two teenagers accused of killing a west Auckland dairy owner will stand trial today.
A 14-year-old was charged with murder and a 13-year-old with manslaughter after Arun Kumar died in his shop, the Railside Dairy, nearly a year ago.
The pair also face counts of assault with intent to rob.
Mr Kumar died from a neck wound as a result of the incident, which happened in front of his wife.
The two accused have had name suppression since they were charged and the order is expected to continue until the completion of the trial.
