Two seriously injured after road crash

Two people are seriously injured after a crash between a car and a motorcycle in Christchurch.

The crash occurred on Brougham St about 10.20pm last night and two people on the motorcycle were injured seriously, Inspector Warren Kemp told NZPA.

They have been taken to Christchurch Hospital for treatment, Mr Kemp said.

Police urged a number of people who witnessed the crash to contact them
