Two people have been seriously injured after a car and bus collided on the Wanaka-Luggate Highway this morning.
Police said they were called to the crash, between Morris and Ballantyne Rds, on State Highway 6 at 9.50am.
A St John spokesman said two people were seriously injured and one had minor to moderate injuries.
Two helicopters would fly the seriously injured pair, who were in the car, to Dunedin Hospital.
The road is closed and diversions were being put in place.
