Two properties in South Auckland have been flooded after more rain this morning.
Although only 2mm was recorded at Auckland Airport, some suburbs are getting localised heavy showers.
A MetService spokeswoman said surface flooding would be possible as the ground was already sodden from yesterday's torrential rain.
The Fire Service has been called to properties in Papatoetoe and Mangere.
