Save Two people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a house fire in Temuka early this morning.
Southern Fire Communications shift manager Riwai Grace said at 3.39am the Temuka Fire Brigade was called to a house fire on Hamilton St.
The blaze was "well involved" when the fire service arrived,
he said.
Two people were taken to hospital and treated for smoke inhalation injuries, Mr Grace said.
The fire was not believed to be suspicious.
