Two people charged with the sale of fake passports to Pacific Island overstayers were back in court yesterday.
Alleged ringleader Gerard Otimi reappeared in the Manukau District Court facing 36 counts of altering a document with intent to deceive and one of giving immigration advice without a licence. Also appearing was Afakasi Slade, who faces two charges of altering documents.
Otimi and Slade will reappear in court on October 19 with Eseta Tuiavii, who faces three charges of altering documents.
