KEY POINTS:
Two more men have been charged after the hit and run death of south Auckland businesswoman Joanne Wang trying to stop a thief fleeing with her handbag last month.
The two were arrested yesterday an hour after police photographs of them were published on the internet. They were in a car which police stopped on Auckland's North Shore.
Both were due to appear in Manukau District Court today on charges of being an accessory after the fact of the murder of Mrs Wang, being a party to theft, and unrelated burglary and breach of bail charges.
They were expected to be remanded in custody to reappear again on July 7 with four others arrested earlier.
Police said both men knew they were being sought by police but had "made themselves unavailable".
Police spokeswoman Senior Sergeant Denise Traill said six people, including the vehicle driver who is accused of murdering Mrs Wang, had been charged and no one else was being sought.
She said the inquiry team would consider what other additional charges, if any, would be laid.
Mrs Wang, 39, died in hospital after she was knocked down by a stolen 4WD in the carpark of Manukau's main shopping mall on June 16. Her eight-year-old son watched as she was struck.
Moments earlier her handbag had been snatched and the thief got into the 4WD vehicle and she was knocked down as she chased it.
