Tauranga police are wrapping up their inquiry into the "Casper the Ghost robberies", with the arrests of two more men.
Four armed men wearing ghost masks held up businesses in Te Puke and Katikati last month.
This afternoon police arrested a 22-year-old man in Rotorua, who has been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, and taking a motor vehicle. Early this morning they arrested a 17-year-old, who faces the same charges.
Two other men have already been arrested over the robberies.
