Two men have appeared in court in relation to a string of aggravated robberies in Porirua.
A 42-year old man appeared in the Porirua District Court after he was charged with an aggravated robbery at a ten-pin bowling alley in Porirua yesterday morning.
He was remanded in custody to next appear on November 22.
He has since been charged with two additional aggravated robberies which happened on September 2, 2015 involving a firearm being presented to staff at a dairy and a hotel.
An 18-year-old man also appeared in the Porirua District Court charged with an aggravated robbery and an attempted aggravated robbery of two dairies in Porirua.
