Two people have been hurt - one critically - after a car rolled near Waiuku, 60 kilometres south-west of Auckland, this evening.
A police spokesman said the single car crash occurred on Waiuku Rd, about three kilometres west of the township, just before 9.30pm.
One person had critical injuries and a second was moderately injured.
The Auckland Westpac Rescue Helicopter had been alerted and a landing site was being prepared just before 10pm, the spokesman said.
