Two people have been taken to North Shore hospital after a two-car crash in West Auckland.
Police and ambulance services were called to the intersection of Brigham Creek Rd and SH16 in Massey at around 2.10pm, when a car smashed into a pole.
The second car has hit the back of the first vehicle.
Two people, the drivers of the vehicles, were taken to North Shore Hospital in a serious but non-life threatening condition.
Traffic diversions have been put in place from the Coatesville-Riverhead Highway end of Brigham Creek Rd and Hobsonville Rd on the other side.
Serious crash units and police are still at the scene.
