Two people, one of them a young child, are being treated in Timaru Hospital after a house fire this morning.
The Fire Service says the building was completely gutted by the blaze.
Firefighters arrived at the single storey house in Bouverie Street just before 10:30am.
A small crew is still on the scene dampening down.
