Two people have died in a two vehicle crash in Waikato.
A police spokesman confirmed two people had died in the crash, understood to be on Thomas Rd, Waihou.
A Fonterra spokesperson confirmed one of its tankers was involved in the crash.
The driver was not among the deceased, but was undergoing medical assessment at the scene, near the Tatua Dairy Co-operative Company on SH26, outside Morrinsville.
