Two people have been killed after a truck travelling over the Crown Range rolled this afternoon.
A Southern Fire Communications spokesman said they were called to the crash around 3.15pm. The truck rolled and hit a stone wall, he said.
The crash occurred on the Queenstown side of the alpine pass, he said.
No other vehicles were involved and no one survived the crash.
