Two crashes causing delays in Auckland

Two crashes just out of Auckland's central city have caused major traffic delays.

The first crash was on the s-bend on the Southern Motorway after Gillies Ave.

While the crash has been cleared traffic is still heavy from the city to Mt Wellington, the NZTA tweeted.

There are also delays west of the city after a crash on the westbound lane near St Lukes Rd.

NZTA say the off ramp at St Lukes is completely blocked and motorists should use the Great North Rd off-ramp.
