Two crashes in as many days resulted in vehicles rolling after incidents in Queenstown over the weekend.
Yesterday, a 30-year-old man from Invercargill was the sole occupant of a car when it "flipped several times," on State Highway 6's Devil's Staircase, say Queenstown police.
Sergeant Keith Newell told the Otago Daily Times at the scene, the man was travelling from Queenstown towards Kingston when the accident happened shortly after 2.20pm.
"He has struck a bank and the car flipped several times before coming to a rest."
The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lakes District Hospital by St John Ambulance staff for assessment.
