A South Auckland estate agent had two complaints upheld against her by the Real Estate Agents Authority.
Debbie Lovegrove, a Manurewa agent of Lovegrove Realty which trades as The Professionals in Manurewa and Papatoetoe, had determinations issued against her on October 15 and 21.
The first complaint was upheld against Ms Lovegrove for inserting a clause in a purchase agreement stating any building inspector could be used, except a specific company. The authority found her guilty of unsatisfactory conduct.
In the second decision, a vendor complained Ms Lovegrove breached his privacy and compromised his security by using photos of his house in a rental advert.
