Two people have been arrested and another is in hospital with minor head injuries after a fight broke out at a house party in Laingholm early this morning.
Police were called to Laingholm Drive in the west Auckland suburb at 12.39am to attend the scene, which had spilled out into the street.
Up to 30 people mainly aged between 18 and 24 were involved in the brawl and there were reports of bottle throwing and the presence of weapons like paint ball guns, police said.
One airgun was seized at the scene and a woman was taken to hospital by ambulance with minor head injuries.
Waitemata police were continuing to investigate the incident.
