Save A trial is underway at the High Court at New Plymouth for two men accused of sexually violating a drunk woman at a party.
The offending is alleged to have taken place when the men were 18 years' old, and the woman 17, on October 11 last year.
Both men
face charges of sexual violation and indecent assault, while one also faces of making an intimate visual recording.
The pair have appealed the judge's decision to lift their name suppression.
The trial, set down for two weeks, continues.
