Twenty arrests during Rock2Wellington

Around 20 people were arrested during the Rock2Wellington concert over the weekend, but police say there was no more trouble around town than usual.

The stadium arrests were mostly for minor offences such as trespass. Three people were also arrested for breaking into cars parked in the vicinity.

There were fears there could be problems at closing time due to special licences handed out to 19 bars allowing them to stay open until 2am on Easter Sunday, however police say it was no worse than any other weekend.
