KEY POINTS:
TV3 has pleaded not guilty to charges which relate to airing of commercials on three Sunday mornings during the World Cup.
The Ministry for Culture and Heritage filed proceedings against the network saying it breached the Broadcasting Act, by playing ads during matches played between 6am and midday on Sundays, Radio New Zealand reported today.
The Act says commercials cannot be played during these times.
TV3 entered not guilty pleas by letter and the case has been adjourned until March.
