The Prime Minister of Turkey, Recep Erdogan, and his wife, Ermine, are shown the sights of Auckland by Prime Minister Helen Clark from the luxury yacht Pacific Mermaid.

Mr Erdogan will attend a cabinet meeting in Wellington today and visit Christchurch tomorrow. It is the first time a Turkish Prime Minister has visited New Zealand.
