A new, smaller senior management team has been confirmed at Trust House Ltd following a restructure.
The previous senior team of eight that reported directly to the chief executive has been reduced to four.
Two full-time positions were made redundant and two roles have moved out of the senior team and into other management roles within the company.
"The senior team now consists of generalist leaders who are responsible for multiple roles that will enable them to better meet the diverse demands of today's business environment," Trust House chief executive Allan Pollard said. "Not only will this improve efficiencies and the speed of delivery of changes in the business, but it will also be a more cost effective way of operating."
The four new senior positions have all been filled from within the company.
